Our Mission

Our mission is to make shopping straightforward, with clear product details, available sizes and helpful customer support. Browse everyday clothing and occasion styles in one place. If something does not work out, our return and refund policy explains the next steps.

Customer Service

We're a South Africa-based boutique and we read every message ourselves. If you have a question about sizing, an order or a return, get in touch at info@skatwear.co.za and we'll get back to you as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 SAST, and weekends 11:00–16:00 SAST. We accept returns within 30 days of arrival, full details are on our Return & Refund page.
